Martin Soulier Faure

Martin Soulier Faure is a Housing and Urban Development Specialist with the Inter-American Development Bank since November 2009, where responsibilities include designing and implementing HUD programs in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Previous experience includes serving as an Advisor to the Director of Projects at the Agency of Coordination with Multilateral Credit Organizations in Buenos Aires, focusing on infrastructure projects, and working on project monitoring and evaluation within the Renewable Energy in Rural Markets Program. Additional roles involved consulting on hydraulic improvement projects and evaluating agricultural development projects. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Project Evaluation from Universidad del CEMA, a postgraduate certificate in Social Projects Design from the Argentine Evaluation Association, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
