Michelle Moreno has over 25 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Business Partner for Sector Departments and Innovation at the Inter-American Development Bank since April 1997. This role involves acting as a liaison and technology advisor for Integration and Trade, Research, and Environmental and Social Safeguards. Previously, Michelle worked as an IT Specialist at Consein C.A, specializing in SQL Server. Academic qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Innovation & Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a focus on Knowledge Management from The George Washington University, and a Computer Engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar. Michelle is currently enhancing skills in Mastering Innovation & Design-Thinking through MIT Professional Education.
