Paola Andrea Mosquera

Paola Andrea Mosquera is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in gender and diversity issues, currently working at the Inter-American Development Bank in the Gender and Diversity Division since November 2021. Previous roles include serving as Private Secretary to the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Colombia and leading educational initiatives for Afrocolombian and indigenous communities at Manos Visibles. Mosquera held various positions at the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Chargé d'Affaires and Deputy Head of Mission, where responsibilities encompassed political and trade advisory roles and bilateral agenda management across several Caribbean nations. A Master of Arts in International Development and Policy is complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact Strategy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, summa cum laude, from Benedict College.
