Pauline Blanc

Pauline Blanc currently serves in the Climate Change Division at the Inter-American Development Bank for the Country Office in Belize, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Pauline was the Head of Policy and Strategy & Policy Lead at Abatable from May 2022 to July 2024. Additionally, Pauline worked as the Sustainability Lead and Sustainability & Strategy Manager at Kaluza between June 2020 and May 2022. From July 2017 to June 2020, Pauline held the role of Manager for Energy Transition Policy and Coordinator at the World Energy Council. Earlier experience includes a position in Technical Reporting (Forests) at CDP and political outreach for the Legislative Office of the 71st District at the California State Assembly in 2015. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Environment and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an exchange program in Political Science at UC San Diego, and a Bachelor’s degree in a dual program of Political Science and Law from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
