Shernett Roberts

Shernett Roberts is a Public-Private Partnerships Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, where responsibilities include supporting country office representatives with technical assistance related to public-private partnerships and collaborating with the Bank's various divisions. Previously, Shernett held multiple roles at the Office of the Cabinet in Jamaica, including Senior Director, where project objectives were achieved through effective team leadership and resource allocation, and Modernisation Projects Coordinator, responsible for developing the Government of Jamaica's Service Excellence Policy. Additionally, Shernett served as a Policy Analyst and Policy Officer, focusing on public sector modernization and evidence-based policy analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Development Policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of the West Indies, and a Diploma in Spanish from the Venezuelan Institute of Culture & Cooperation.
