Tiago MacHado

Tiago Machado has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2017 onwards, Tiago served as the Director of Digital Products / IT at Inter. Prior to that, they founded TAMWORKS in 2011 and held the role of Founder until August 2020. Tiago also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at LOGANN Soluções Especiais from December 2013 to July 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Professor at Anhanguera Educacional S.A in 2014. Tiago co-founded Synapses Group in 2012 and held the role of Co-founder and Software Engineer until June 2014. Tiago also served as a Project Coordinator at SYDLE from 2011 to 2012. Tiago co-founded MotorSoft Tecnologia and worked as a Co-founder from February 2009 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture from 2006 to 2008 and as a System Analyst at ATAN Sistemas de Automação e Informação from 2006 to 2008. Tiago began their professional journey as a Web Developer Trainee at Agência Esquadra from 2003 to 2004.

Tiago Machado obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PUC Minas in the years 2003 to 2006. Tiago then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Philosophy from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, Tiago Machado holds certifications in Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and ITIL V3 Foundations from EXIN.
