Barbara Morales Burke

Barbara Morales Burke has a diverse background in health policy and insurance regulation, with experience in both the public and non-profit sectors. Barbara currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, supporting the organization's growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Barbara held leadership roles at Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, and the North Carolina Department of Insurance. Barbara's educational background includes a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
