Carol Parish

Carol Parish is currently the Director of Communications and Policy at Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. With 16 years of experience at the Center for Responsible Lending, Carol has a strong background in communications and policy advocacy. Carol has also worked as a Communications Coordinator at Disability Rights North Carolina and as a Graduate Teacher Assistant at UNC Greensboro. Carol's previous roles include Communications Manager at the Center for Responsible Lending and Real Estate Editor at The News & Observer. Carol holds a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University and has completed coursework towards a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Video Production at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
