Ephraim Perez

Ephraim Perez has a diverse work background in the sports industry, with a focus on CRM and ticket operations. Ephraim is currently the Director of Ticket Operations & Analytics at Inter Miami CF, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of CRM at The Stronach Group from October 2021 to March 2023.

From 2009 to 2021, Ephraim held various roles at the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium. Ephraim started as a Ticket Representative in January 2009 and gradually moved up the ranks, serving as a Coordinator in both CRM and Ticket Operations. Ephraim later became a Manager in CRM and ultimately held the position of Senior Manager in CRM from April to October 2021.

Ephraim Perez obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in 2012. Ephraim also obtained a certification in Business Analytics: From Data to Insights Online Certificate Program from The Wharton School in 2021.
