Kaitlyn Stolzenberg

Kaitlyn Stolzenberg, PHR, has a diverse range of work experiences. Kaitlyn is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Inter Miami CF, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from March 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Inter Miami CF, Kaitlyn was a Human Resources Specialist at Royal Caribbean International from March 2020 to March 2021. Kaitlyn also served as a Program Specialist at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from February 2019 to March 2020.

Additionally, Kaitlyn's previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Intern at Miami Marlins from August 2017 to February 2019, and as the Community Relations and Marketing Manager at Washington Kastles from June 2016 to August 2016.

Kaitlyn also gained experience as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Tallahassee Tottenham Hotspur FC from September 2015 to April 2016, and as a Youth Programs Intern at the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium from June 2014 to August 2015.

Kaitlyn's early career involved an internship as a Seminole Athletics Ticket Office Intern at Florida State University from January 2015 to May 2015, and as a Sales Associate/Receptionist/Marketing at Ultimate Sports Institute from 2010 to December 2014.

Kaitlyn Stolzenberg, PHR holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Florida International University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Florida State University in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Kaitlyn also holds various certifications including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in March 2020. Kaitlyn also holds certifications in Basic First Aid and CPR and AED, obtained in April 2015.
