Max Romeo

Max R. has extensive experience in sports management, currently serving as the Academy Equipment Manager and holding multiple administrative roles at Inter Miami CF since January 2022. In addition to these positions, Max R. is also a Match Observer for the United Soccer League (USL) since August 2024. Prior to these roles, Max R. founded and served as CEO of LVL UP SOCCER LLC from October 2018 to October 2021, and briefly worked as a Tournament Director for adidas and event staff for Red Bull in 2018. Academically, Max R. is pursuing an Executive MBA in Sport Management at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea, alongside a Master of Business Administration in Sport Management at Florida International University, following earlier studies at Florida International University and Barry University.
