Diana Alfaro is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the SVP Operations Manager at Vantage Bank Texas since December 2018, Diana oversees the Quality Assurance deposit review, deposit CORE specifications, and business online banking operations. Prior to this role, Diana worked at Inter National Bank from September 2013, first as FVP Operations Manager managing the Quality Assurance Department and the New Account Platform, and previously as VP Customer Service focusing on inbound/outbound call center and card services. Diana's earlier experience includes positions as AVP Electronic Banking Manager at First National Bank from December 2010 to September 2013 and Customer Service Ops Manager at BBVA Compass from August 2007 to December 2010.
