Daniel Galliano Dalgaard

Daniel Galliano Dalgaard has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis, primarily in the healthcare industry. Daniel Galliano started their career as a Student Assistant in Group Finance, where they gained experience in exchange rate updates, reporting, and general support to the finance team.

After graduating, Daniel joined the Financial Planning & Analysis department as a Business Controller. Daniel Galliano initially focused on supporting the VP of R&D and later transitioned to Operations controlling, providing support to the VP of Operations. During this time, they managed budgeting, forecasting, and variance explanations.

In 2017, Daniel took on the role of Team Leader, Global Supply Chain Controlling, where they expanded their responsibilities to include financial controlling of inventory and support to European sales subsidiaries. Daniel Galliano then became a Manager in the Financial Planning & Analysis department, overseeing working capital and R&D controlling.

In 2018, Daniel was promoted to Senior Manager, where they supported the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing in managing budgets, forecasts, and analyzing sales and pricing data. Daniel Galliano later became the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations, responsible for standardizing Operations controlling globally and providing support to the VP of Operations and senior management.

In 2020, Daniel joined HemoCue, a Danaher company, as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the overall finance function and led a team of 11 in Sweden and subsidiary finance teams in the US, South Africa, and India. Daniel Galliano played a vital role in driving profitable growth through strategic business partnerships.

Most recently, Daniel joined Inter Primo A/S as the Group Chief Financial Officer in 2023.

Daniel Galliano Dalgaard attended Copenhagen Business School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics & Business Administration. Daniel Galliano then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree at the same institution, specializing in Finance & Strategic Management, from 2009 to 2012.
