James, a native Texan, is married with four children and eleven grandchildren. While working full-time, James attended Eastfield and Tyler Jr. Colleges. He has over 40 years in the rail industry, encompassing operations and maintenance. In his free time, James enjoys golfing, skiing, hunting, fishing and watching his grandkids grow up.
