Jennifer Louviere has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Jennifer worked at INTERA Incorporated from 1992 to 2001 as a Marketing Associate, where they were involved in preparing proposals and designing marketing materials. After a break as a Stay at Home Mom from 2001 to 2003, they returned to INTERA Incorporated and served as an Administration Manager, responsible for purchasing and implementing telephone and data systems. In 2007, they became the Director of Human Resources, before eventually being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Director at Flo Trend Systems from 1990 to 1992, where they handled marketing activities and represented the company at trade shows.

Jennifer Louviere completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from LSU Shreveport, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with an Interdisciplinary Minor in Business from Texas A&M University, from 1986 to 1990.
