Rachel Rosen-Carroll has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Their most recent position was at Interact Communications, where they worked as a Copywriter and Content Manager, creating marketing campaigns, advertisements, newsletters, and more. Rachel also wrote PR stories about community college heroes. Prior to that, Rachel worked as an Award-Winning Published Fiction Author and Poet under the pen name "Rachel Teferet," with their work featured in over 35 literary publications.
Rachel also had various roles at Sierra College, including Freelance Editor, Content Writer and Editor, Social Media Manager and Blogger, and Content Writer and Editor. During their time at Sierra College, they won a Bronze National Marketing Award for their LinkedIn article series and helped build the social media presence for the college's CTE Department.
Rachel has also worked as a Freelance Writer, Editor, and Blogger, and Graphic and Web Designer, where they excelled in writing and editing online content and performed various marketing tasks for colleges and small businesses. Additionally, Rachel had a Graphic Design Internship with KVMR Public Radio, where they designed various promotional materials, and they had multiple roles during their internship and apprenticeship with HAALo, where they utilized their knowledge of herbalism, aromatherapy, and marketing to promote sales and design marketing materials. Rachel also had a volunteer position with Living Lands Agrarian (now Sierra Harvest) as a Website and Marketing Volunteer.

Rachel Rosen-Carroll earned their Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, completing their education from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued post-baccalaureate certificates in Graphic Design and Illustration at Sierra College. In 2016, Rachel obtained a certificate in Copyediting from UC San Diego Extension.
