We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at Interactio. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our executive leadership, helping them stay on top of things and keep everything running smoothly. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Experience: experience as an Assistant, ideally in a tech company. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar is a plus.
Organizational skills: You’ll need to be great at managing schedules, priorities, and multiple calendars in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with an eye for detail.
Language proficiency: High proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for clear communication and documentation.
Self-starter: We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and also be a great team player.
Tech-savvy: You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and if you know your way around project management tools, even better!
Professionalism: You’ll need to be professional and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
