Amy Casso

Amy Casso is an accomplished equity advocate with extensive experience in driving systemic change for marginalized communities. Currently, as a Senior Associate at the Interaction Institute for Social Change, Amy collaborates with various stakeholders to promote long-term racial equity. Previous roles include Equity Manager for the City of San Antonio, where strategic organizational initiatives were developed, and Program Director at the Western States Center, focusing on intersectional equity issues. Amy's early career included policy analysis and advocacy at the La Fe Policy Research and Education Center and grassroots organizing with Colectivo Flatlander.
