Paul Cello (he/him) is an organization development consultant, facilitator, coach, and artist with a passion for education and collaboration as key levers for success in organizational and social change efforts. Paul has spent the last fifteen years helping leaders and teams solve complex problems and increasing the collaborative capability in organizations across the globe. With extensive experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, Paul brings to his work both a flexibility of mindset as well as a rigorous commitment to results. He has participated in organizational change efforts that have not only impacted the heart and mindsets of organizations but also the financial bottom-line as well.

Paul received his education from Bennington College in Vermont, focusing his studies on theatre and psychology and has also worked with some of the most prestigious theatre companies in the world including Steppenwolf Theatre, Shakespeare and Company, the Magic Theatre, and the Royal Court and Chichester Festival in England. In addition, Paul was part of the visual effects production teams of several Academy Award winning films including The Matrix.
