Mandy Young

Mandy Young has over 10 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Mandy began their career in 2007 as an Advertising Account Executive at The Daily Aztec, where they managed client accounts, generated new accounts, and established long-lasting relationships with clients. In 2008, they joined Interactions Marketing as a Recruiting Coordinator Intern and quickly advanced to a Lead Recruiting Coordinator role. In 2018, they returned to Interactions Marketing as an Account Coordinator and was responsible for processing event requests, identifying event staffing needs, and coordinating with the recruiting team. Mandy was promoted to Senior Account Executive in the same year and was responsible for managing a team of seven direct reports, executing over 35,000 events per year across North America, and developing client relationships for future business.

Mandy Young attended San Diego State University from 2004 to 2008 and graduated with a degree in Communications, with a focus on Media Studies. In 2015, they obtained a certification in The Cultural Transition Process from Partners In Leadership, Inc.
