Carla Smiedala is an experienced professional in client services and account management, currently serving as a Client Services Manager at Interactions LLC since January 2020. Prior to this role, Carla spent over 17 years at Access Worldwide Inc, where responsibilities included developing long-term client relationships as an Account Manager, supervising over 20 Customer Service Agents as an Operations Supervisor, and monitoring agent performance in a Quality Assurance capacity. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Service Management and Travel and Tourism Business Management from Escuela Hotelera, as well as a certification in English as a second language from Centro Boliviano Americano.
