Harsha Navaratne

Harsha Navaratne started their work experience in 2000 as an Analyst Programmer at John Keells Computer Service Pvt Ltd. Harsha then joined Pership Group in 2001 as an Analyst Programmer and worked there for a year. In 2002, they moved to Virtusa where they held multiple roles, including QA Lead/SCRUM Master and QA Manager/Automation Architect - Specialized Testing. Harsha Navaratne currently works as the Director - Quality Assurance at Interactions LLC, where they oversee quality assurance operations for the company.

Harsha Navaratne obtained a B.Sc in Physical Sciences from the University of Colombo in the period of 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Isipathana College - Colombo 05, where they studied Applied Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Harsha also earned a Licentiate degree in Accounting and Finance from the Sri Lanka Institute for Charted Accounts. In terms of additional certifications, Harsha Navaratne obtained the O.C.P (Application Developer) from Oracle Corp in 2001, as well as a Licentiate from The Institute of Charted Accounts.
