Mike Gormley

Michael Gormley has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Michael started their career at Bishop Feehan High School as a volunteer, participating in charitable events such as the Million Can March and Christ's Closet. Michael then worked as a landscaper at Brackett Landscaping, where they developed skills in garden and masonry design.

In 2008, Michael became a Site Manager at College Pro Painters, where they successfully managed projects, trained new hires, and maintained client communication throughout every phase. Michael continued their journey in the banking industry, first as a Teller at Citizens Bank in 2009, responsible for financial transactions and cash management. Later in 2010, they became a Banker I at the same bank, providing excellent client support in checking, savings, and lending, and recommending financial consultant appointments.

During their time at Citizens Bank, Michael also joined MFS Investment Management as a Client Services Representative II, where they provided financial assistance for mutual funds to clients from MFS and other financial institutions. Their primary responsibilities included accurately processing redemptions and exchanges.

Michael's most recent position is with Interactions LLC, where they have held multiple roles. From 2013 to 2019, they served as a Client Services Manager, managing multiple clients and applications within a specific industry vertical. Michael focused on improving key metrics and performance while developing additional functionality to drive business growth. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Account Management, responsible for maintaining client relationships with enterprise and Fortune 500 companies, managing a multi-million dollar revenue book of business, and pursuing additional opportunities.

Throughout their career, Michael has shown a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, effectively manage projects, and provide excellent customer service.

Michael Gormley attended Saint Anselm College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
