Ron Wincek

Ron Wincek has over 30 years of experience in the eLearning industry. Ron began their career in 1986 as an Associate School Psychologist for the Buford City School District. In 1988, they joined Crawford Communications as Lead Developer, where they developed courseware for various clients and created productivity tools that reduced CBT development times up to 75%. In 1991, they became Development Manager for Allison/Hollander Corporation, where they designed and developed authoring software to collect interactive market research data. In 1994, they founded Interactive Media Consulting, where they managed instructional design, development, and media production staff to produce innovative CBT solutions. Ron also designed and developed CBT productivity tools for software application training. Finally, in 1997, they founded Interactive Advantage Corporation, where they served as CEO and Consultant. Ron provided learning systems integration, consulting, e-learning project development, and systems training to diverse industries.

Ron Wincek attended Florida State University from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a B.S. in Psychology and Education. Ron then attended Georgia State University from 1984 to 1986, where they earned an M. Ed. in School Psychometry. Finally, they attended Georgia State University again from 1986 to 1988, where they earned an Ed. S. in School Psychology.
