Naimur Chowdhury

Naimur Chowdhury is a seasoned UX designer and co-founder of Redout, a UI UX design agency established in October 2023, where Naimur leads a team in delivering innovative design solutions. With a background as a senior product designer at Dhakai and experience as a UX trainer and consultant at Programming Hero, Naimur has significantly contributed to empowering fellow designers through training sessions focused on essential UX principles. Prior roles include lead product designer at Shikho, where Naimur worked on transforming the education landscape in Bangladesh, and user experience consultant for Hishabee, optimizing product usability. Early career experience includes various positions at Ostad Inc. and Sheba.xyz, enhancing user experiences in diverse projects, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Govt. Bangla College.
