Dr. Abu Jamil Faisel is a renowned public health physician with more than 35 years of diverse experience with family planning, reproductive health, Essential Services Package delivery program and improving quality of services in Bangladesh. This includes 9 years of working as a clinical service provider and trainer, and 5 years of working on clinical trial and introduction of new FP methods in the national program. He is a medical graduate with Masters in Public Health and a Diploma in Personnel Management.
