Jalena Threatt

Jalena Threatt is an Associate Digital & UX Strategist at Interactive Strategies, where experience includes a previous role as a Digital & UX Strategy Intern. Jalena served as a UX Research and Design Fellow at Mentor Me Collective, organizing project meetings and creating project briefs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto Mississauga, Jalena conducted research on media portrayals of older adults and voice user interfaces, compiling data for a meta-analysis. Previous teaching roles as a Native English Teacher in South Korea and as an English Language Assistant in Spain highlight Jalena's strong background in education. Jalena holds a Master of Information in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
