Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed as a university lecturer at a labor training school, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
