Neeraj Kakade

Neeraj Kakade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Customer Support L2 at Interakt since June 2022, Neeraj contributes to enhancing customer engagement for over 5000 SMBs on the WhatsApp Business Platform. As the founder of Neeraj Kakade Photography and Priyanka Travels, and co-founder of RK Real Estate Consultants LLP, Neeraj demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Service Associate at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services and as a Customer Service Representative at Dell. Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Sabarmati University.
