Rupak Sarvekar is an experienced professional in customer success and marketing with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Interakt since August 2021, Rupak has played a pivotal role in aiding over 3000 SMBs, particularly in the E-commerce and D2C sectors, in maximizing their engagement through WhatsApp. Prior to this, Rupak led a team at Mobikon as Team Lead - Customer Success, where responsibilities included managing over 200 client accounts and executing targeted marketing strategies.
