Interapt is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team to support a premier partner. The Customer Success Representative will interface with customers via outbound calls with the intent to facilitate the return of assets and furthermore supports inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of Customer Service on a daily basis
  • Communicate via phone & e-mail with clients to educate them on the program and establish ongoing contact.
  • Data integrity within company CRM
  • Ability to interface with multiple business units
  • Track, trace, document and arrange retrieval of partners unique product
  • Educate customers on features & benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and coordinate solutions for customers.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating systems of actions taken
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers
