Hem Raj has been working in the Sales & Marketing sector for over two decades, with experience at both Interarch Building Products and UltraTech Cement. Hem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Hem is currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Interarch Building Products, responsible for setting goals, generating budgets, and developing business plans to achieve sales targets. Hem has a proven track record of devising and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth sales operations. Prior to their current role, Hem held various positions at UltraTech Cement, gradually moving up the ranks from Officer to Regional Manager.
