Carol Segerdahl

Care Coordinator Manager for InterCare Community Health Network at INTERCARE COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK

Carol Segerdahl began their career in 1998 as a Clinical Supervisor and Interim Manager for Bronson Women's Service. In 2008, they took on the role of Practice Manager for ProMed Family Practice. In 2010, they became an Operations Specialist, RN for Spectrum Health. Most recently, in 2016, they began their role as Care Coordinator Manager for InterCare Community Health Network, where they work to re-certify the organization with NCQA in Patient Centered Medical Home status.

Carol Segerdahl obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Spring Arbor University between 2005 and 2007. Carol also obtained a Diploma in Nursing from Bronson School of Nursing between 1989 and 1991. Carol went on to obtain a Masters in Nurse Education from Ferris State University. Additionally, they have certifications in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association and in TB administration and reading.
