Stephanie Pinkowski has worked in the healthcare industry since 2001. Stephanie began their career as a Billing Manager at Southshore Women's Healthcare, where they were responsible for electronic and hardcopy billing and supervised billing office staff. In 2005, they moved to Women's Healthcare Specialists as an Office (Billing and Research) Manager, where they managed a staff of 22 and was responsible for extensive office and hospital coding and billing, provider credentialing, and research experience. Since 2010, Pinkowski has been employed at InterCare Community Health Network as an Informatics Manager and Senior Application Analyst/Trainer- NextGen. In this role, they are a FQHC NCP and Trainer for SCT/EPM/EMR/ICS, ICD10 Project Lead, UDS and MU Reporting, and PCMH accreditation. Stephanie also builds, maintains, and supports end users on NextGen EMR Software application, supports and upgrades/tests EDR, and creates and updates training documents.

Stephanie Pinkowski attended Dowagiac Union for their primary education and graduated in 2007. Stephanie then attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Communication, General in 2009. In 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Michigan. In 2010, they obtained their NCP NextGen EPM/EHR/SCT/ICS certification from QSI | NextGen Healthcare.
