Todd Morrow has extensive experience in public affairs, legislative coordination, intergovernmental relations, and strategic communications. With a background in law and public administration, Todd has successfully managed and led initiatives to increase revenue for various organizations, build community alliances, and drive brand advocacy. Currently, as a Management Analyst at Intercity Transit, Todd is working on developing a ballot measure to increase sales tax for the agency.
