Bobby Pinero

Bobby Pinero is a seasoned executive in the technology sector, currently serving as CEO and co-founder of Equals since March 2021, where insights from Intercom's growth journey are leveraged to enhance revenue growth strategies. Bobby has held a significant role as Head of Finance & Analytics at Intercom from October 2013 to March 2021, contributing to the company's remarkable expansion from under $1M to over $150M in annual recurring revenue and increasing the workforce from 20 to over 700 employees. Bobby presently serves as a board member for Intercom and previously worked as a Senior Finance Analyst at Inflection and as a Finance Analyst at IBM. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and graduated from St. Albans School in Washington, D.C.
