Michael Kalinichenko

Michael Kalinichenko currently serves as the Head of Relationship Management for MM & ENT at Intercom, where responsibilities include leading a team of Senior Account Managers across multiple regions in Europe and driving customer retention and business expansion. Prior to this role, Michael was a Sales Manager at Zendesk, responsible for managing hybrid teams and developing go-to-market strategies. With extensive experience at Wrike, Michael held various leadership positions overseeing international sales teams, contributing to significant revenue growth and coaching individual contributors into leadership roles. Earlier in career, Michael worked in business development and marketing at Ultra, initiated entrepreneurial ventures, and served in AIESEC’s local committee. Michael holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Management, along with a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University.
