Ishtiyaq Hussain Allaqband

Ishtiyaq Hussain Allaqband is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in tunneling and railway construction. Currently serving as General Manager for Tunnel Safety at Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. since May 2022, Ishtiyaq also holds the position of Resident Engineer at Saudi Railway Company and TYPSA. Previous roles include Resident Engineer at Italconsult SpA and the Ministry of Transport in Saudi Arabia, where Ishtiyaq led teams for various railway and road projects. Ishtiyaq obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Gulbarga University and is a member of the Institution of Engineers of India.
