Brookly began their career in 1999 as the Assistant Communications Director for the House Financial Services Committee. Brookly is a strategic and innovative leader, with a proven track record in developing and executing effective communications plans. Brookly is a passionate advocate for sustainability and corporate responsibility, and has been instrumental in Intercontinental Exchange's efforts to reduce its environmental impact and build a more sustainable future.

Brookly McLaughlin pursued a Communications degree at Drake University before obtaining a Journalism degree from Iowa State University.
