Sandra Clua is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front office operations and guest relations. Currently serving as Front Office Supervisor and previously as Front Office Assistant Manager at InterContinental Miami since July 2015, Sandra manages day-to-day operations and logistics while enhancing guest experiences. Sandra's career began in the hospitality sector as a Front Desk Clerk at Westin Colonnade Coral Gables, focusing on customer satisfaction during check-in and check-out processes. Prior experience includes an internship as a Line Cook at Jazziz Nightlife Restaurant and a position as Bookkeeper at Mayda Cisneros Couture Collection, handling financial management and customer service. Sandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management & Tourism from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree in Political Science and Government from Miami Dade College.
