Benedetta Caprara is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in art direction and trend analysis within the beauty and fashion industries. With a degree in Art Direction from Istituto Europeo di Design, Benedetta held various positions at Intercos from September 2011 to November 2016, including Creative Team Manager, where leadership and resource management were key responsibilities.
