Francesca Verini

Francesca Verini has extensive work experience in both the cosmetics and power transmission industries. Francesca started their career at Siemens in 2009, where they worked as a Project Manager in the power transmission business, focusing on delivering high-voltage substations worldwide. During their time at Siemens, they also held roles as a Branch Manager and Sales Project Manager. In 2014, Francesca joined Intercos, where they initially worked as an Innovation Product Marketing Manager, responsible for developing new products and identifying market needs. Francesca later moved into the role of Senior Product Marketing Coordinator, where they managed product development activities and acted as a reference point for clients. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Unit Lipstick at Intercos.

Francesca Verini completed their Bachelor of Science in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 2002 to 2006. Francesca then pursued a Master of Science in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering at the same institution from 2006 to 2008.
