Eric Lippay has a diverse work experience in the personal care industry. Eric started their career at Genencor International in 1998, where they served as the Director of Industry Management and later as the Director of Program Management/Product Manager. In these roles, Eric developed business unit strategic plans, directed marketing and competitive intelligence activities, and managed new commercial opportunities with key corporate clients. Eric also led the New Business Initiatives team and managed the product pipeline.
In 2009, Eric joined DSM as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they created and implemented annual plans and long-term strategies for DSM's portfolio of skin care ingredients in North America. Eric was responsible for technical sales, distributor management, promotional planning, new product launches, and budget management.
From 2012 to 2016, Eric worked at Ashland Inc. as the Global Marketing Leader for the Skin Care segment. In this role, they were responsible for strategy development and execution for leave-on and rinse-off skin care segments. Eric worked with technologies such as preservatives, polymers, emollients, emulsifiers, and moisturizers.
Most recently, Eric joined TRI-K Industries in 2017 as the Business Director.
Eric Lippay's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Juniata College.
