Kaushik Chandrashekar

Kaushik Chandrashekar currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at interface.ai, focusing on Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI since April 2025. Prior to this role, Kaushik held positions including Director of Engineering at Mindtickle from February 2023 to March 2025, and Director of Engineering and Architect at Navi from October 2019 to February 2023. Additionally, Kaushik worked as an Engineering Manager at Hotstar from December 2017 to September 2019, and gained experience at ThoughtWorks from March 2013 to December 2017 in various roles including Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Kaushik holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from PES University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, both obtained between January 2005 and December 2009.
