Russ Genge

Russ Genge is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as Associate Director and Regional Business Manager at Interface Clinical Services since October 2014. In this role, Russ leads the training, coaching, and mentoring of a clinical pharmacist team to meet key performance indicators (KPI) and ensure operational excellence. Prior to this position, Russ worked at Lloyds Pharmacy from November 2009 to October 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Out Patient Pharmacy Manager and Cluster Manager, overseeing six pharmacy managers and driving business performance across multiple branches. Russ holds a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree from Liverpool John Moores University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
