Jason Graham has a long and varied work experience. Jason began their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Engineer for Siemens Medical Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction through service excellence. Jason then moved to Product Support Engineer in 2006 at ZONARE Medical Systems, Inc., where they obtained and used existing field knowledge of medical integrations/systems in customer environment to assist as needed within the support organization. In 2014, they became a Product Support Engineer at Freeslate Inc., where they implemented ServiceMax SaaS package for Support organization as a ServiceMax administrator and performed duties as Salesforce.com administrator. In 2016, Freeslate was acquired by Unchanied Labs, where they continued to assist in Salesforce.com merge of two company instances into one. In 2018, they joined TrackMan as a Range Installation Operations Manager - Golf, where they provided remote management and installation support and improved and established a tiered support structure for the TrackMan Range product. In 2021, they became a Software Test Engineer at Orthoscan Inc. and in 2022, they joined Interface, Inc. as a Custom Solutions Sales Engineer, PureTech Systems as a Software Application Support Specialist, and POWELL Construction & Remodeling as a Construction Project Manager.
