Kris Duncan

Kris Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Most recently, Kris is currently working at Interfolio as the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kris held the position of Sr. Manager, Professional Services Operations at Interfolio from November 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Interfolio, Kris worked at Vemo Education as a Product Manager from August 2019 to September 2021. In this role, Kris led the development of multiple products, including B2C SaaS and Salesforce automation. Kris was responsible for managing the product backlog, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with the business and developers to gather requirements for Salesforce automation projects.

From January 2019 to June 2019, Kris served as the Director of Customer Success at Emplify - Employee Engagement. In this position, Kris managed a team of Customer Success Managers and Employee Engagement Strategists, focusing on implementing employee engagement software and providing strategic services to solve critical business problems.

Kris's earlier work experience includes various roles at Blackboard from 2008 to 2018. These roles include Director, Consulting Deal Desk; Director of Operations; Sr. Manager, Functional Consulting; Engagement Manager; and Implementation Project Manager. As an Implementation Project Manager, Kris provided consulting, training, and project management services to clients who purchased a new ANGEL license.

Kris's career began at Henderson State University, where they held the position of eLearning Administrator/Adjunct Faculty from September 2002 to July 2008.

Overall, Kris has a strong background in sales enablement, professional services operations, product management, customer success, and consulting, with experience in various industries such as education technology and employee engagement.

Kris Duncan attended Henderson State University from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, Kris has also obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2020, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in October 2020. They have also obtained the Insight Partner Level Up certification from The Forem in May 2022.
