Shawniece Disney's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as an Assistant Manager at Love Culture Inc. In 2011, they served as a Tiger Club Marketing Intern at Towson University's Department of Athletics. In 2012, they worked as a Family Investment Specialist I at the Washing County Department of Social Services. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Administrative Services Assistant for Academic Advising at Gettysburg College, where they took on additional responsibilities as a Functional System Administrator and CMS liaison.
In 2015, Shawniece joined Knowland as a Customer Success Coordinator before being promoted to the role of Account Manager in 2016. Shawniece worked at Knowland until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Binary Fountain™.
Since 2020, Shawniece has been with Interfolio, first as a Customer Success Manager and then as a Customer Success Manager, Team Lead. As of 2022, they hold the position of Manager of Customer Success at Interfolio.
Shawniece Disney attended Towson University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
