David Drummond Cpa

David Drummond has a solid background in finance and accounting, spanning over two decades. David started their career at KPMG as a Senior Accountant from 2002 to 2005. David then joined Deloitte Canada as a Senior Consultant in 2006. After gaining valuable experience, they moved to Teekay Corporation, where they worked as a Financial Analyst in Investor Relations from 2006 to 2008. David later became the Manager of Finance & Business Development at Teekay Corporation from 2008 to 2013.

In 2013, David moved to Excelerate Energy, where they held various positions, including General Manager in Brazil and Director of Development Planning. David worked at Excelerate Energy until 2020, when they joined Interfor as the Controller for Coastal Operations. David later became the Director of Finance for BC Operations at Interfor. Currently, David is serving as the Director of Strategic Procurement at Interfor.

In addition to their roles in the private sector, David also serves on the Board of Directors for Comox Valley Airport since 2023. Throughout their career, David Drummond has demonstrated strong financial expertise and leadership in various organizations.

David Drummond CPA, CA obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of British Columbia in the period of 1998 to 2003. David also holds additional certifications in Advanced Media Response from MTI Networks and Chartered Accountancy from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
