KS Bakshi

KS is the Group Head of Human Resources for InterGlobe Enterprises. He is an integral part of the leadership team and serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises. He provides strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources Department and is responsible for integrating HR practices throughout the organisation.

With an experience in Human Resources spanning over 29 years across different industries, KS has driven business results through innovative people strategies and developing strong learning culture. He has successfully led various projects in Leadership Development, Culture Building, and Talent Management practices.

KS has performed a strategic role at The Oberoi Group and Bharti Airtel. He has previously also worked with InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) as Head of Human Resources.

KS holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
